Thomasina Wilson
Environmental Consultant and Monitor
Thomasina Wilson is an accomplished professional with over 40 years of experience
in the technical field of management and strategic development. She earned her
master's degree in Environmental Protection and Management from the University
of Edinburgh in Scotland with a specialty in solid and hazardous waste management
and excels at advancing organizational development through creative leadership
and effective teamwork. Throughout her career, she has held key positions in the
private and government sector, where she successfully has managed cross-functional
teams and implemented projects that enhanced operational efficiency. She is skilled
in project management, institutional training, and stakeholder engagement, making
her an asset to any organization.
After retiring from her government service, Mrs. Wilson continues to function as a
freelance environmental consultant and monitor. She also liaises with builders and
contractors in the planning stages of sanitary landfill construction sites and transfer
stations. She continues to work as an environmental monitor for projects to ensure
best environmental practices are being adhered to according to the project
guidelines.

Throughout her career in both the public and private sectors, she has led cross-functional teams, implemented projects that improved operational efficiency and developed expertise in project management, institutional training and stakeholder engagement. Following her retirement from government service, Mrs. Wilson continues to work as a freelance environmental consultant and monitor, collaborating with builders and contractors during the planning and development of sanitary landfills and waste transfer stations. She also provides environmental monitoring services to ensure projects comply with established guidelines and adhere to environmental best practices.
Dexter Griffith
Site Manager/ Supervisor

Dexter Griffith is a seasoned Site Manager and Supervisor with over 30 years of experience
in industrial logistics, offshore operations, and specialized waste management. His career
spans high-risk, high-performance environments where safety, precision, and operational
efficiency are critical.
Dexter began his professional journey with Caroni (1975) Limited in Trinidad and Tobago,
where he developed strong technical expertise operating heavy-duty equipment, including
bulldozers and tractor trucks. He later served as Acting Supervisor for aerial spraying
logistics, gaining early leadership experience in complex operational coordination.
He went on to work with Schlumberger (M-I SWACO), where he played a key role in
managing the full logistics cycle for drilling fluids and chemicals—from land-based facilities
to offshore platforms. His work ensured seamless operations across both onshore and
offshore drilling environments.
Currently serving as Site Manager / Supervisor at Wilkem, Dexter brings over three decades
of safety-focused leadership to the Spring City team. He is known for his strong commitment
to health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as his ability to lead teams effectively
in demanding and high-risk environments.
Dexter has completed extensive in-house training with Schlumberger / M-I SWACO,
including Advanced HSE & First Aid, Personnel Supervision and Leadership, Logistical
Time Management, and High-Risk Operations in offshore and remote settings.
